Simmons-Clover Family Fund

As many of you know, Grant had a massive heart attack on Thursday, October 18th.  He is currently on the mend from a triple-by-pass surgery but his recovery will be long and slow.  Doctors estimate it will take between 10-12 months for Grant to regain his health. 

In response to questions from family and friends regarding how best to support Grant and Kathleen and their girls as they adjust to this new reality, a Go Fund Me campaign has been established.  Any help you can give will lighten the financial burden they are facing. 

Grant's small business, Coast Sign and Print is the family's main source of income.  While some friends have volunteered to keep the shop open as much as possible, Grant will be unable to work for some time which will significantly reduce the family's income.  Additionally, they will be facing increased expenses related to his recovery such as visits to the doctors in Vancouver, physio-therapy, lost work for Kathleen and home adjustments to support Grant's care. 

Both Grant and Kathleen appreciate the generosity and caring they have already received from family and friends.  It has done much to reduce their stress during this challenging time.
