This Go Fund Me page has been set up on behalf of the Jacobs family from SCMS PTO, to help support the family of a Silver Creek Middle School student Bryce Jacob's, who tragically lost their life on 12/3/19.  The funds will be utilized to help the family cover expenses associated with the tragic accident such as medical bills and funeral expenses.  Any help would be appreciated in helping to support this family.
