Sight for Max
Donation protected
Max had brain tumor at age 10 which caused him to lose most of his vision. He is now almost 14, an active and inquisitive young man who would like the Patriot ViewPoint Low Vision Glasses, an iPhone and two way radios. The glasses will help him to see far away things (i.e., theater, sporting events, TV and Union College Hockey games) much more clearly. The iPhone will help with school work and be able to have the same type of technology at school and home. He also uses a phone to see the pins when he bowls in his league and on his high school bowling team. As a skier having two way radios will keep him from skiing off the side of the mountain when his guides (mom and dad) get too far in front of him.
Max has dealt with the challenges he has had to face without complaint and a great sense of humor. He is a source of inspiration to many. He has made his family extremely proud of him.
