Sierra Leone Mudslide Children Educ

Donation protected
My name is Dr. Prince Hycy Bull, a full professor of education at a university in North Carolina working with my son, Prince Hycy Bull, Jr. on this project. I was born, raised, and educated in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Over the last 10 years, Hycy jr, and I have supported elementary and special educational programs and activities in Freetown. However, the mudslide disaster on August 14, 2017, moved us to expand our activities through the gofundme process.

Prior to the mudslide disaster, the children of Sierra Leone in the rural areas of Freetown struggled immensely to get a quality education. The mudslide disaster not only caused significant loss of lives that rendered some of the children as orphans, but will immensely impact their education. This project is to address the long-term educational needs of the children around the Regent Village area. This project will support the education of children affected by the mudslide and flooding in and around Regent village through the St. Charles Church, the Tower Christian School, and other legitimate educational programs.
