Shoulder spine surgery pls help me.

Hi friend's sorry to ask you all. But I don't have any way to do. I have been suffering sever pain from my neck to back to spine and my left hand is full of numbness I can't able to sleep even 3hrs also at night the pain was so horrible. Since from 3months I check with so many doctors in these 3months but it's not cured. Finally they took CT, MRI & X-rays to my spine and shoulder they found the problem between C6 & C7 spine between disc of spine they found in MRI and they told me that I need a surgery they gave me surgery date of this month 28th but unfortunately they called me they cancelled my surgery due to no insurance Becoz of my job the insurance cancelled. I request the hospital management that I will pay every month but they didn't accepted. And I ask how much if I pay cash for the surgery they told me 5800$ for surgery, 4100$ for hospital bill and 1650$ for other treatment so totally 11, 550$.  I can't able to control this pain friend's. So pls I am requesting everyone to help me for my surgery. Pls help me in this situation. God bless y'all
