Shoulder and rotator cuff surgery

I am a self-employed remodeling contractor and I don't have insurance . I had a grand mal seziure and during my seziure I tore the ligaments, muscles, tendons, and my rotator cuff. The surgery is going to be close to $40,000 the doctor said to fix it.
I will not be able to work the doctor said 4 to 6 months and no one to help me with my bills so I thought I would try this cause any little bit helps.
I have donated to others so we will see if carma comes my way.
