Student Film Project: S.U.F.Y.

S.U.F.Y. (Sudden Unexpected FatalitY):
The owner of a company is called into a worksite because of a fatal accident.  When she arrives, she discovers her only son was intimately involved, though he's walking around as if nothing happened. This original, supernatural-comedy short explores what happens with life after an unexpected death.

Hello special friends and family! I am raising a small amount of funds to procure equipment for my first ever student film project. Most equipment used at the film school is overy-used, and worn. There are often delays in signing out equipment, days long wait times and other hinderances. Many of ther camera's sound systems are not working properly. I am asking for funds to help procure beginning professional equipment to shoot a small film. This equipment would also be used to create future small features already been written.

These are six the basic pieces of equipment necessary for a student movie. These are the general costs. Also included are additonal amounts added to the camera, and video light stand kit, for the reasonable go-fund-me fees.

Canon T5i Digital SLR $850

Slik U8000 Tripod $45

Ms. Williams falls, helplessly to the ground and shakes the body with tears in her eyes.
                                       MS. WILLIAMS
                                       Harris! Harris!

Behind them approaches a young man. He's wearing the same clothes as the lifeless person on the ground. It's HARRIS WILLIAMS, 20s! He's smiling from ear to ear.
Ms. Williams recognizes the familiar voice. She very slowly urns around, in complete disbelief. She eyes the lifeless body next to her on the ground and looks up again. The others in the group back-up, as the 'living' son getscloser.
                              What you doing here mama?
Ms. Williams slowly stands, and pushes James in the way of the lifeless body so that Harris won't see it.
                                      MS. WILLIAMS
Ms. Williams cautiously approaches her son. She reaches out to him and looks deeply into his soul. She gently rubs  her hand on his head and face.

                                     MS. WILLIAMS
                             Harris, you're so cold.
