Shocking Tragic Accident Please Support Our Diana

It is with great sadness that we share the sudden and unexpected loss of our beloved Pat Bailey. On Wednesday, September 15th, our dear Diana lost the love of her life in a terrible industrial accident. Pat was working as part of a crew to move an MRI machine at the University of Utah Hospital. Tragically, he was pushed by the MRI falling four stories to his death.

Known as a gentle giant, Pat was such a caring and loving person. He was always the first to jump in and lend a hand where needed. As friends and family are remembering Pat’s heart of gold, they all say, “Pat would give you the shirt off of his back.” He was funny, kind and loved Diana more than anything. They were soulmates that did everything together. He will be so gravely missed.
Because Pat’s accident was at a hospital with many contractors involved, an extensive investigation has been initiated to determine the cause. While this is part of normal procedures, it will take time for a thorough investigation to be completed. Unfortunately, attorneys have already stepped in for each company to point fingers at the others. We know that it will be years of insurance companies arguing over who should be responsible to pay.
In the meantime, Diana is left to pay all the household bills on her own and is so worried that she will lose their house. Pat provided 2/3rd of their income, covering most of their bills. Diana simply does not make enough money at her job to cover the mortgage.
As many of you know Diana has been battling several health issues including diabetes and heart problems. Even though she is one of the toughest people we know, our family is so concerned about her losing everything because she simply cannot do more.
If you could please consider donating to help Diana to pay her monthly bills until the insurance companies are done arguing, we would forever be grateful. Anything will help and is so appreciated.
To lose a loved one in any circumstance is a pain so deep. With the added shock and devastating tragedy, the family’s loss is intense, and we are grateful for any support, prayers, love, and kind words.
