1,000 Awesome T-Shirts for India

Hi, my name is Phil Barton and I have been challenged by a fellow brother in Christ to do something bold for my faith.
I lost my wife in 2012 to cancer, but through her illness my whole family was saved and the idea for the awesome t-shirt originated. Since her death we have given out free shirts to 2,500 people covering all 50 United States and 57 countries around the world.
What seems unique about this shirt is the story behind its birth and the impact it has for people who wear it. They boldly show the world in a very visual way that they are a member of the body of Christ. Each shirt is individually prayed over before they are given away.
So here is the challenge: On February 23 our website received a request for 1,000 t-shirts to be sent to India with the intent that they be given away freely to the people of the Banjara tribe on Palm Sunday 2016. I prayed for that to happen but a way was not provisioned. Using gofundme was however suggested to me by multiple sources but I did not act on those suggestions. I now regret that I didn't make every effort to allow God to fulfill that request. Since this suggestion again came up to me this week I now feel the conviction of the Holy Spirit upon me and must at least put this request out there for the Lord's Spirit to move as He desires.My commitment to you is that whatever funds are raised after 7 weeks will only be used to send as many of those 1,000 t-shirts off to the Banjara tribe in India.
What God decides to do with this request will be shared with the followers of our website: www.awesomeshirt.org and with our friends on FaceBook. This raising funds challenge will end on June 12, 2016.
