Help! After overcoming years of challenges, this beautiful young lady went to the hospital on December 23 with chest pains which resulted in an open heart surgery on December 24th.
In addition to being a single mom, Shelly is a daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, and friend with a loving and joyful heart. Unfortunately it is also one which was born with genetic complications that resulted in a triple bypass operation.
Although the surgery was a success, Shelly has a long road of recovery ahead of her. She will not be able to head back to work for four to six weeks. In addition to the cost of the triple bypass surgery and hospital stay, life goes on. While she recovers she still needs to pay the rent, keep the lights on, and put food on the table.
Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. It all adds up, and if Shelly can focus on her recovery instead of how she is going to afford it, we know she will mend that much more quickly.
