Shelley & Michael Fischer

On Saturday Micheal found a couple lumps on his neck. Upon going to the dr on Monday he had some blood work done. On Tuesday we were hit with the news that it is leukemia. We were sent directly to the U of A where he will remain for the next 30 days undergoing intense chemo treatment with the plan of curing him. He has had a biopsy done this morning and we wait for the results to know exactly what type of leukemia we are dealing with. He is strong young and otherwise healthy so he will beat this..within hours Shelley also found out that she has cancer as well..
This has been very expensive for them as Shelley has stayed by his side throughout all Michaels treatments and now have to go to Calgary for 3 months for bone marrow transplant. ..every penny counts
