My MS is Destroying My Income

This is the 1st time I have ever done anything like this. So if this is not enough detail. I am sorry. Just ask if you want to know more. Please read all of this. Please. I have been recently diagnosed with MS. My picture was taken during my 1st hospital visit. I have been unable to do anything to earn money to support my family. On June 5th this year my symptoms started. I was admitted to the hospital for 4 days. I was misdiagnosed as having a mini stroke. After 3 weeks and numerous more symptoms and 3 more ER visits I was admitted to the hospital again. I was in there for several weeks while getting test done for every known disease it seemed. Finally after 2 spinal taps 'both 1 hour apart' they got the diagnosis they had been searching for. Multiple neurologist agreed with 99% certainty I have Multiple Sclerosis. Now with this condition I am heat sensitive. I can not do anything in the heat or I will go into another flare up. I have not been able to do anything to earn money since June 5th. Heat sensitivity is not the only lasting effect I have. All the things I use to do to provide for my family are labor intensive and outside. Me, my wife, and our 2 girls 'ages 9 & 13' are struggling bad. I had to apply for disability due to the fact I have damage to the #6 optic nerve on my left eye, so that eye is not even working at fully, and my balance is off, so I have to walk with assitance of some sort. I can not walk around in a retail store. I tire out to quickly. My wife can not even get a job because I require to much care. This disease has destroyed my family. All we want to do is keep what I've worked at so hard for us to have and keep our utilities turned on.
The point of this is, I can not provide for my family anymore. I am waiting on disability. While I am waiting we are going broke. I am selling my personal belongings to help me and my family get by. We have reduced bills by turning off the luxuries. 'Cable, home phone, etc...' We're using power as little as possible... We estimated about $4200 would last us at least 4 - 6 months. If I can raise the needed money we can make it, even if I have to wait on disability for a year or so. But I am not going to stop what I am doing to collect the needed money. We will greatly appreciate any help from anyone for any amount. Thank you all for at least reading this.
