Shawna Neff Cancer Support Fund

Thank you for your love and support for my sister, Shawna Neff. As most of you are aware, she has been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her liver. She has multiple test scheduled to see if it has spread anywhere else. We are hoping and praying for the best but also preparing for the worst as well. The doctors here are doing their very best and she has a good treatment team. In case of bad news, we want to be prepared for alternative treatments at one of the larger cancer facilities .

Shawna is just short of 7 months to be able to retire from the Sallisaw Police Department. She is amazing at her job and is respected by many for the work that she does and is very empathetic toward those that she gets to work with. She has said many times that she treats people the way she would want her family or friends to be treated if they were to have an experience with law enforcement.

In many ways Shawna is a carbon copy of me. We are only 2 years apart in age so we basically grew up together. In our younger years people thoughts we were twins. Shawna would do anything for anybody. I simply cannot stand to see her suffering so much with her pain but also the anxiety that she is experiencing as she starts down this journey. We appreciate all of the support that she has received. Every little bit helps.
