Dearest Sharks Families and Friends,
Last summer we ended our 2019 season on a perfect note with many great swims, improved times, new records and three impressive trophies. Fast forward to March 8, 2020's Registration Day. We had a record turnout of 158 swimmers and we were excited to begin our 2020 season to defend our three titles and to enjoy our Sharks community of spirited fun. However, we could not have envisioned that just a few days later, a pandemic would turn the world upside down so quickly and leave us without a cabana season this summer. With no financial resources for our beloved Sharks season and wanting to keep our end of season traditions for seniors alive, we are asking for a small donation to help honor our 5 high school graduates. We know what a difficult and uncertain time this is for everyone, and we understand that there are many individuals and organizations in need. If you're in a position to support us, we will be extremely grateful to receive that help, and any donation to this campaign will contribute to the resources needed to continue the end of season traditions of celebrating our seniors we have all come to appreciate and love. And if you could let others know about this campaign, we will appreciate that immensely, too.
