Shannon Dunks Funeral

Last Night three little darlings aged 9, 2 and bubs due in June tragically lost their daddy. They will never feel his warm hugs and hear his voice or see his bright smile. They will miss his love. Now all that remains is their memory of the best dad who loved them more than anything else.

This young family needs your help.

Shannon tragically passed away last night very suddenly after finding out on Wednesday his metastic melanoma had aggressively progressed into his brain leaving himself unable to move his right side of his body and unable to speak within the hour.

He was an incredible dad. He was always with his children and proud of both of them so much, he loved watching footy on the couch with his 2 year old son bundled up in his arms, Shannon had an incredible bond with his daughter who just adored her daddy.

Shannon loved fishing and was always up for a day with his mates, always making us laugh, and always the first to offer help and support to anyone that ever needed it. With a charming personality and hilarious sense of humour everyone was loved him.

Shannon's sudden passing has caused such shock and heartbreak for his finance Mel and brother Aaron not to mention entire family, friends and community he truly did touched every life he came into.

Mel is now faced with organising a funeral instead of planning a surprise birthday party to celebrate Shannon's 40 th birthday in June and celebrating the birth of their baby in early June too.
