Shane Powell Lung Cancer Fund

In May of this year Shane was diagnosed with  right lung called adenocarcinoma. The first plan was to remove the right lung. The doctors decided that the surgery was to risky, because his lung and heart tests were not were they would like them. Now days are busy with radiation and chemo. Shane and Mandy are parents to a very busy 11 yr old girl, Katesha.
