Shane Jason Zimmer, beloved husband of Tracy Zimmer of Calgary Alberta, passed away suddenly on August 10, 2017 at the age of 40 years. Shane was a devoted father and husband and was an avid member of of the Bow Valley hockey Association Fish Creek Little League and he devoted countless hours volunteering and coaching his children and countless others in hockey baseball and ringette. He was an involved and loving father to his amazing children, Rhett (12) and Rayna (9) and when he was not busy coaching them in all their sports , Shane and his family could be found boating, snowboarding, golfing or travelling together. He will deeply missed by countless friends, community members and family, but he will most missed by Tracy, Rhett and Rayna. All donations will go in a trust towards Rhett and Rayna's education fund.
