Shalom Gitau Memorial

We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden death of our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew Shalom Kihiu Gitau. He died on Saturday, July 16, 2022, in a tragic car accident in the State of Kentucky, USA. He is now in the presence of our God till we meet again on that glorious day of heavenly reunion. We appreciate all your prayers and support as we grief this unimaginable loss.

Shalom was born on May 14, 1999, and was 23 years old. He is survived by his Father Chaplain (MAJ) Rev. Dr. Patrick Gitau Kihiu, Mother Rev. Mrs. Rebecca Gitau, Sister Patience Ezechinonso (26), and Sister Joy Gitau (13). Shalom also left behind many of his friends and loved ones who are grieving his tragic demise.

Shalom loved sports, food, and being the best uncle ever! He loved the Lord with all his heart and was a believer in Christ.

Shalom has left his mark on this earth and will always be remembered by his kindness. For those that feel led to donate this Go Fund Me is to cover various funeral expenses.
