I am here asking for help for my dear friend Kristin Francisco and her family. Kristin is currently in the hospital in Orange County, CA fighting for her life against lupus as well as six other autoimmune diseases and has just today been diagnosed with diabetes due to complications from lupus. I am hoping that we as her family, friends, and community can start fighting for her. Kristin has such a giving heart and has spent so much of her time advocating for childhood cancer and healthcare standards so that children do not receive the poor treatment that she is currently receiving. Her and her husband have three beautiful children and Kristin is fighting to live for them.

Kristin is FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE. In order for her to live she must travel to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and Northwestern University in Chicago, IL to undergo a stem cell transplant for lupus. This will involve multiple private flights as she is unable to fly commercial due to a severly comprimised immune system. During this time her husband will be unable to work as he will need to split time between being by Kristins side and caring for their three young children back in California.

We are praying for a miracle, but from a medical standpoint this is her only option. Funds raised through this campaign will go towards childcare, travel expenses, lodging, and daily living expenses for Kristin and her family. The cost of everything is going to be astronomical and I am hoping that through this we can raly together and help her get healthy and back home to her husband and beautiful children.
