Seth's Medical Fund

Donation protected
On the morning of October 9th, Seth was found unconcious. He was unresponsive after attempting to wake him for several minutes and when he came to he was confused about where he was. He then stated that he couldn't move his neck then he started screaming his head hurt. I managed to get him to the emergency room and they started running tests and blood work. Seth was mostly incoherent and confused all of Monday. After 3 CT scans doctors found an internal contusion on his head they believe was from the fall. After some other tests and after his pain wasn't resolved after 3 different pain medications, doctors decided to admit Seth to the hospital for further tests. Doctors decided to do a lumbar puncture because of his head pain and because he had run a slight fever for one day over the weekend. After the LP, they said it would be a while before the results were in, but 10 minutes later nurses were coming in with masks and he was being prepared to have an EEG done. A doctor came in minutes later telling us he had meningitis. Monday night the infectious disease doctor told us that Seth's meningitis was a type he had never seen. Usually meningitis is viral or bacterial but the doctor said that his meningitis isn't meeting the criteria for viral or bacterial. That being said, more tests are being done on his spinal fluid and they are treating him for both viral and bacterial meningitis. This includes 3 different antibiotics as well as 2 pain meds around the clock to control his pain.
Seth doesn't have insurance and after 3 CT scans, 2 echos, a MRI, sedation and the lumbar puncture, an EEG, antibiotics, pain meds, other meds, the 6 doctors who have had him in their care, and the numerous days in the hospital, the hospital bills will be adding up in a crazy way.
If you know Seth, you know that he is one of the nicest guys in the world who would do anything for anyone. He has no enemies and people call him friend everywhere we go. Seth cares and gives to the most important people in his life and whoever else needs it. If you know him from work, the gym, or even through someone else, you know how well he takes care of people.
One of Seth's spiritual gifts is service and he lives this out every single day. But now he is in a time of need. He has been out of work and will continue to be out of work for a while so on top of medical bills, he will also be unable to pay for his normal everyday bills. Please help give to someone who truly needs it and deserves it.

If you cannot give monetarily, please pray for a quick healing and recovery and also for consistent relief from his pain.
