To Those who don’t know me, my name is Haedyn Silas Jasper, I’m 22 years young and I’m a trans man trying to find his body ✨

 In the last 8 months I have been raising money to pay out of pocket for my top surgery. I got approved for health care, and as of July 1st I have somewhat of some coverage!! My deductible is only $1700. That is the most I will have to pay I’m hoping!! 

My surgery consultation was 7/9/21. I met with my surgeon, in the next month I’ll be hearing things back with my doctors and insurance about the actual costs and MY SURGERY DATE!! This is life changing for me. My life now feels like my own. Most importantly I feel present. 

I have been medically transitioning for 4 years come September. I thought surgery was impossible, that there’s loop holes to everything. That I’d get there but it would be even more years before I’m ever there. The steps to get this far haven’t knocked me off, but only motivated me more. The stones to my success are laying out in front of me. patiently I’m walking to my happiness. 

 Thank you everyone who has supported me through my transition. Everyone I lost in the past will never compare to who I have now as my support system.  People always ask me about my family support, and when I think of family I think of you guys. I think of everyone who’s carried me through. All my loving, beautiful friends;

 I’ll be continuing to raise money until I know more about coverage and costs! If I get approved for full coverage I will donate half the money to a few LGBTQ+ charity/groups (which ever you guys want!!). The rest I will use after surgery for help with my recovery, only if I need any of the extra help!! My recovery will be about 4 weeks!!
