Serra's Dream Come True Recovery Fund

Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my campaign.  

I am requesting some assistance with funding my recovery from a substantial surgery, a major milestone in my transition journey, and a dream finally come true.  I have requested and obtained approval for Gender Confirmation Surgery in Montreal, Quebec and will be undergoing the procedure on June 9th of 2020.  

Much of the cost of funding the surgery is covered, however, there is a minimum of three months of recovery, travel expenses and bills that will pile up during the time that I will be off from work.   I am humbly requesting any help you may graciously be able to offer.  This support will go a long way to help keep me going through the arduous recovery I will have ahead and to pay for the items I will require for my recovery.  

I have patiently waited for this moment over the last three years since I came out, and have wanted this as early as six when I truly recall pondering my gender for the first time.
