Sent to Heaven, Scared of Heights Reading
This summer, we'll be presenting a staged reading of a fictional work inspired by the author, Matt Flocco's, father's recent passing. This play explores themes of LGBTQ identity, loss, faith, pride, family, and regret.
Sent to Heaven, Scared of Heights: After the sudden passing of his father, Liam and his mother unpack life on earth without him, while Danny unpacks his mortality in the afterlife. The play is being workshopped/presented as a staged reading in August of 2019 with one performance in the Philadelphia Area and one in Reading. The piece is a comedy-drama.
