SENDING LOVE FOR THE MCCULLOUGHS!
This page was created for the McCullough family. Jason, Brandi, Ben, Ab, and Lucy Bea all contracted Covid at the same time. The kids have since recovered. Jason is better but still recovering. However, Brandi is fighting for her life in ICU at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ms. She is in critical but stable condition.
Jason spent one week in the hospital and was sent home with oxygen. Brandi was hospitalized on August 1st. She was placed on BiPap until the struggle became too difficult and was put into a medically induced coma and intubated. She has been on a ventilator since August 14th.
Brandi is a fighter and is fighting with everything she has. It has been a struggle for the Healthcare providers, who are taking excellent care of her, to maintain her oxygen level, as her lungs are extremely damaged by the virus, and she now has pneumonia.
Jason is able to sit with Brandi during the day. Ben has been able to see her one time and sang to her. Ab and Lucy Bea are waiting with other close family members until their momma gets better and can be home with them again. They are homeschooled, so it has been especially hard on them being without her for this long.
They have always been a very close knit family. Their faith in God has given them strength throughout their lives, and it is what they will rely on to get through this overwhelming heartache. One of which they never dreamed they would be facing.
We know it isn't easy to continue to provide for a family of five, when you've all been sick, and after being off work for almost a month, especially when you are the sole provider for your family.
We, the extended family, who will continue to be their for our loved ones in their time of need, are asking if you could donate to this fund for Jason and his children to use for help with travel, medical, and other life expenses during this difficult time.
