Help me send my nephew Cooper to DC

I am writing this as the VERY proud aunt of Cooper Rhoades, an incredibly talented and an extremely intelligent Junior at Holly High School in Michigan. My nephew Cooper, along with several other AP Government classmates have been invited to Washington D.C. on an educational tour of this great Nations Capitol. This invitation is an honor and will provide my nephew and the others a material link between what the students have learned in their advance class vs. what actually happens on a day to day basis. This trip is planned for June, of this year and the balance is owed by mid May, in 60 days.
While this is incredibly exciting for not only himself, but also for his parents, the financial burden of attending a trip like this is quite high. Between travel and lodging fees, my sister and her family do not have the financial resources to send Cooper on this prestigious invitation.
Cooper is very active in the marching band, show choir and also works as a Theatrical Technician for his High school, running the lights and sound equipment for the plays, choir concerts, band concerts and much more!
This past summer the Holly High School Band received an invitation to play in the 2015 OutBack Bowl. Due to the heavy financial burden, Cooper was unable to attend. This was was very disappointing not only to Cooper but to his Band-mates also, because he plays such an important role. As his proud Aunt I cannot let this happen again. That is why I am asking you, to help me send my nephew on his trip and so he can see that hard work does pay off.
Did I mention Cooper currently has earned straight A's and has done so for many years. He also is a strong competitor on Holly Highs Quiz Bowl team. Cooper is SOOO smart, he amazes me every day. Cooper is very polite and respectful. He is a fine young man and has never been in trouble! Unfortunately, Cooper hasn't been able to take Drivers Education either do to the financial hardship, let alone have the ability to purchase a used car, insurance and gasoline. My sister works very hard, as she holds down a fulltime job along with a second part time job. Her mini van is falling apart and is in need of repairs which she cannot afford... let alone sending her son on a trip Washington D.C. . Her husband also works full time too, but its just not enough. They do not live extravagant lives, trust me, they have never taken a real family vacation. I wish I was rich... I would send them to Disney! We've never been but I hear it's nice. They just cannot catch a break. My sister and Cooper needs a break! Cooper has two sisters. Lilly, an extremely smart Sophomore, following in her big brothers footsteps playing in the marching band and she also is a gifted softball player. Coopers yongest sister is Macy, she is 10 years old and is very athletic too.
I am just very, very proud of my nephew and want the best for himabd help lighten the financial burden off my sisters shoulders. I cannot afford to sponsor my nephew alone, that is why I am asking you all for help. I believe he deserves to go on this trip. He has worked his behind off and has earned this trip, and then some! Please any amount will be of great use... every little bit helps, no donation is too small or insignificant... it ALL matters. Every single cent matters! My nephew Cooper matters!
