Send West Walton All Stars to the World Series
Thank you for helping send our 6 year old baseball-loving boys to the World Series! 
Our small town team from Walton county, Georgia is excited to qualify for the 2021 USSSA All Star World Series in Louisiana. Four weeks ago, these boys were nominated from their rec teams to form an All Star team. Never playing together, they practiced a few times a week and learned base running, throwing for an out, and how to be a catcher (FIRST TIME!). 
After a couple scrimmages, they entered a tournament by Training Legends and won three back-to-back games to get the win and medal! 
The Sub State tournament came next. They battled other county All Star teams in a fight for the title and outscored their opponents 63-8. Wow, right?! This team is a really talented group of boys with the biggest hearts! 
Winning the Sub State Championship was an amazing experience! The boys liked the fact our ball field was next to a goat farmers field. And this was their first time winning rings! 
The State tournament came one week later and presented a lot of challenges.
The boys faced fierce competition, while playing in the rain but they did it with
the focus of kids twice their age! 
We are thrilled to say that these boys were able to accomplish their end goal.

The parents on this team agreed that if the boys wanted to keep going, we would
try to make that happen. Going to the World Series (and the idea of placing!) is a HUGE dream for these kids (and let's face it - the parents are pretty pumped too!). We know that this kind of opportunity comes along once in a blue moon. If you would be willing to help us in prayer, encouragement or donations, we would greatly appreciate it! 
The All Star World Series is only two weeks away and your donation would go toward lodging costs for the boys.
