Send Vishal's Body To India

This fundraiser is organised for Vishal Barot and his family.
Vishal Barot was a 21 years old psychology and neuroscience student at University of Windsor (Canada). He tragically passed away on Monday.
His parents would like to conduct his funeral in India with his friends, but unfortunately the body transportation fees are very expensive and his insurance is not covering the entire cost of it and his parents are not in a situation to find all the funds by themselves.
Since Vishal had no immediate family in Canada, his father is expecting to travel to Canada to make sure his body can be transported to India and collect his belongings.
He was their only child and they didn’t get to meet their son since he left India in 2018.
The fundraiser would fund the plane ticket and accommodation of Vishal’s father, transportation of Vishal’s body, as well as the funeral costs. If there will be any remaining funds it will all be given to his family.
Vishal was a wonderful son, a great friend and most importantly an amazing human being. He will forever be missed.
Vishal’s family will be forever grateful for any and all help they receive during these difficult times.

How the funds will be spent:
Body Transporting Fees- $14,200
Funeral In India- TBA
Courier Luggage (All of Vishal's belongings)- $1000
Gas Costs (to and back from Windsor, ON 5 times) - $400
Search Day Expenses (printouts, ferry costs, and parking)- $300
Dilusha will be sending a bank wire transfer to Paresh Barot.
Whatever extra funds will be left will be for emotional damages and the family can use the money for therapy, students loans etc.
