Send the Simms to Chelsea, MI

Andrew & Lydia Simms have been part of the Marysville Grace family for more than 7 years. Throughout that time, Lydia has worked as an administrative assistant in the church office, and Andrew has been part of the worship team. In the last 2 years, Andrew has been a ministry intern leading the young adult ministry, Relevant. About 3 years ago, Andrew realized that God was calling him into full-time ministry, and he was able to earn an Associate's Degree of Biblical Studies from Eternity Bible College. Andrew & Lydia have been praying for some time about where God may lead them to serve in ministry.

Over the past few months, God has made it clear that He is calling Andrew, Lydia, and their daughter Moira to move to Chelsea, Michigan to serve with a new church plant, Main Street Church. Chelsea is a small, family-oriented community just west of Ann Arbor. Before Main Street, there were no relevant, Bible-teaching churches in town. Many people who attend Main Street have never been part of a church before. The Simms are excited about what God is doing in people's lives through Main Street Church, and are looking forward to using their gifts to share Christ and help build up the church in Chelsea.

Because Main Street Church is a new church plant, Andrew will be working a full-time construction job to support their family. Marysville Grace would like to send Andrew, Lydia, & Moira with a love offering to help them purchase a home and establish their family in the area. We love them as part of our church family, and are excited that God has called them to now join another family.
