Send support to Annie and David

Annie suffered a stroke Monday and she and David are currently in El Paso at Las Palmas Medical Center.  Although a significant portion of the right side of her brain was effected, her speech isn't impaired and there's no paralysis.  She's still undergoing multiple tests to determine the risk of future strokes and will need  to spend several weeks at an inpatient rehab facility in Las Cruces when released from the hospital. 

My parents are literally the most generous, big hearted humans I know.  They've spent their lives giving to others and now is your chance to show them how much that means.  The next few months are going to be financially difficult.  Medical costs are mostly covered by insurance but you know my dad will want to be with my mom in Las Cruces as much as humanly possible.  They've turned living on a fixed income into an art, but emergency situations like this can be devastating, and the last thing they should be worrying about is money. 

We know you want to help, this is one way to support two super people as they navigate a stressful and sad event.
