Send Solei to the South Pacific

My daughter Solei has been nominated to be a student ambassador and to study abroad in the South Pacific next summer. It is a program created by President Eisenhower that allows children to travel abroad and experience different cultures. The itinerary includes attending classes with kids in rural communities and joining a reforestation group to learn about ecology. They will also pair up with a marine biologist to learn about how climate change has impacted the Great Barrier Reef. To be nominated as a student ambassador for this program is an honor and also a once in a lifetime opportunity. We would love for her to be able to accept it however, this experience comes with a hefty price tag.
Solei is a sweet and loving 13 year old girl who always puts others before herself. She truly has a huge heart and a caring soul. I admire her unbelievable work ethic and her passion for learning. Solei is a dedicated student, friend, and gymnast. She gives 110% everyday and deserves this opportunity. We are asking for your help to make this possible for her.
