Help Us Send Roman's Body Home
Donation protected
Roman Salomatin was from the Krasnodar region of Russia, which sits on the edge of the Black Sea. Just in his 30s, Roman wanted to leave this small corner and see the world — and sent home many videos and photos that reflected his love of travel.
This week, his family and friends received the news that Roman’s life tragically and suddenly ended, in Baltimore, Maryland, of an undiscovered heart ailment.
The family was completely unprepared, and are desperate to bring Roman’s body home.
We, Roman’s friends, have started this campaign to bring his body back to Russia, and hope to raise 10,000 USD for the flight expenses so that his parents can bury him in his homeland. Funds and transportation will be managed by Roman's close friend Alexey Mokropulo.
Whether or not you knew Roman, we hope that you can help us to send him home.
Thank you.
