SEND MY SON JESSIE TO COLLEGE

My youngest son, Jessie B Evans III,is currently enrolled at Delaware State University,he is on his winter break it was during this break that we were notified by the school that in order for him to return to campus an outstanding balance of 600.00 must be paid. Jessie received a loan that will not cover this amount because the balance is from the previous semester and the loan is for the upcoming semester. I am currently homeless and unemployed,therefore,there is nothing I can do to help,his father is a quadriplegic we are from a small town of about 2,600 ,crime is becoming rampant,I am afraid that if he does not return to school,he will end up a lost cause and be among the many young men who stand on the street corners selling drugs and end up in jail or worse I do not want this for my son please help THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
