Ali has been nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: National Security - Diplomacy, Intelligence & Defense this summer in Washington, DC. Ali takes all honors and AP classes and gets excellent grades. Last year she took AP Politics and Govenment, this year she is taking AP World Civiliations. She wants to be a lawyer, work for the ACLU and then become a senator. Her goal is to make a difference in the world, and if you know Ali, she will!
The tuition for this program is $2695.00. I have already paid the $500 downpayment, so we have $2275 remaining (that amount includes a$30payment fee and a $50.00 deposit fee). I don't have that kind of money, but this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Ali and I don't want her to miss out on it.
If we happen to raise more than the amount listed, the remaining will go to getting her to and from DC (not included in the tuition).
