There have been several hard things that have happened since last fall. Losing my job for missing too many days taking care of my sick sons, falling and breaking my foot in 3 places on Thanksgiving, needing surgery on it (Dec.7th) and being told my recovery would be 12wks minimum.
All this has required me to need much help financially, and my father and other family members have helped keep us afloat and in our home. I will also be undergoing treatment for my bipolar disorder, PTSD and then physical therapy for my foot....So who knows when I can return to work.
This is where you come in: prayers are so helpful, but sometimes we need more than that. Please consider contributing monetarily, or via gas or restaurant gift cards. I'm on CalFresh but not cash aid. Rent is $845/more not including utilities.
I'll be applying for section 8 and looking for a 1-story, cheaper apt asap too!
