Binghamton Student Film Festival (SEFF)

Harpur Cinema students at Binghamton University are organizing the 10th annual Student Experimental Film Festival (SEFF) to be held November 22-23 in Binghamton, New York. This nationwide festival receives submissions from both undergrad and graduate students from public and private universities, selecting the top films to be screened to the public and presented for a juror.

We need your help!

With your generous donations, we will be able to print merchandise, select a comfortable theater, and provide refreshments for both attendees and the visiting filmmakers.
