This is my friend, Spencer Rozier.  We’ve been friends for 31 years.  Spencer was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer July 2017.  He is currently undergoing intensive bi-weekly chemotherapy treatment at VCU Health Systems Massey Cancer Center in Richmond, VA. 

Please help Spencer fight this fight by contributing to this campaign. 

Your contribution will DIRECTLY help Spencer pay for:

·         medical costs above his limited coverage on Obamacare

·         tuition expense for his wonderful and gifted son, Clark, who is at Hampton University (alma mater for Spencer and his wife, Lynne!)

·         missed time at work while he undergoes treatments and recovers from the exhaustive chemotherapy

·         gas and parking to go back and forth for multiple doctor’s appointments

Spencer is truly one-of-a-kind. We met as co-workers at Britches of Georgetowne in Richmond, VA in 1986.  He was always the most stylish man I knew and could outsell any of us in the store! Many of Spencer’s clients at Britches became lifelong friends as well.  Although he is currently head of sales and marketing for Intra-Mail Network, Spencer keeps his menswear clients happy by working part-time at Brooks Brothers. 



Through our 31 years of friendship, we’ve attended each other’s wedding, shared the joy starting our families, supported each other’s career change, and kept a connection with our many former Britches colleagues.  Each February, we challenge each other via text message on Black History quizzes.  Our bond is close.  Neither race, religion, political views, or even opposing sports teams could break our closeness and love for one another as friends.  Spencer is a strong man of faith and has fought other battles courageously.





Cancer sucks.
