Silver Gloves National Tournament

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to speak on behalf of our son Sebastian Flores. He is 14 years old and has been very dedicated in his training. He started training at the age of 7 and has been registered with USA Boxing for 7 years now. He has 12 wins and 1 loss. He’s a 3rd time Addidas National Champion,  Junior Olympic Champion, Junior Golden Gloves Champion, and recently won the District, State, and Regional’s Silver Gloves Tournament due to that he's made it on the National team to represent Region 8 in Missouri. We're trying to raise the money to get him there so he can continue pursuing and living his dream. He wants to be a USA Olympian and be the next big fighter in the future. His favorite fighters and role models besides his father are Muhammad Ali and Oscar De La Hoya.  

Sergio “Maravilla” Martinez has had the pleasure of witnessing Sebastian train and has said, “He has a great future ahead of him and will be a Champion one day.” We agree that with more experience and hard work, Sebastian would have in excellent chance to represent Team USA at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

 Sebastian would have to dedicate himself to amateur boxing for the next 2 years. Setting a yearly training plan, proper competitions, diet and mental attitude are all things that Sebastian has to get in motion right now.

 Due to his recent win at the Regional’s Silver Gloves Tournament Sebastian made the National Team and is invited to attend Nationals in Independence, Missouri Feb. 4th - 8th.  We need your help and support to help get him there.
