Sean Sarvis Eye Surgery

I've been suffering with type 2 diabetes for years . As of 6 months ago it has been effecting my eye sight. I don't have the insurance to get the eye surgery. I ask of my friends and my family to please sow into my life so I can continue to have my sight. I have 3 daughter's that I have to raise. I have a comedy career that I would love to finish.
