Hello world! Help me become the Noah I have always been. As coming out as trans I have found that my dysmorphia lies with my chest, literally.  So here I am, asking for your help. Top Surgery will help me become the person that I’ve always been. I’m starting to have a lot of financial trouble when it comes to doctors appointments and insurance covering my surgery. Please help me with my journey.
