Scott's ALS Handicap Bathroom

Donation protected
My Brother and I were driving in the car together when he said I have a problem with my hands - Its either nothing or something really bad... That was 5 years ago.

He is lucky because his ALS has progressed slowly. But now he needs some real help.

He needs a Handicap Accessible Bathroom :( Unfortunately, it will be a very expensive project.

I did not know anything about ALS before Scott was diagnosed. I didn't know there was no cure. I didn't know it was going to be so painful - its not just that his nerves are dying and he is losing the use of his body - But it is PAINFUL!

I did not know that slowly losing the use of his hands and arms would also take away his dignity. Caren, is an angel from heaven, who brushes his teeth, washes him, feeds him, and MORE! If they go to Jack's football game they have to make sure there is a bathroom that both of them can go in together!

He can't throw a football with his son or play basketball... or hug

Scott has always been my hero. When I was little my parents would find me lying on the floor outside his door trying to look underneath to see what my amazing big brother was doing...

He continues to be my hero now more than ever - - watching him be strong for his family and everyone who cares about him.

He never complains. He still makes us laugh. He is still the most handsome man I know.

I love you Scott!!
