Scott Stone's Cancer Treatment

For those of you who aren’t aware, Scott Stone was recently diagnosed with Stage III colon cancer after visiting the E.R. and discovering internal bleeding. After having surgery to remove the tumors found in his colon, he will now likely begin chemotherapy to battle the cancer that has spread to his lymph nodes.

Scott and Angie are business owners and due to Scott’s recent diagnosis, surgery and continual stay in the hospital, they have been away from their business, their sole source of income. The medical bills and expenses for the types of treatment he will need will undoubtedly exceed what any normal family could handle on their own. With Scott’s recovery time uncertain, it is unclear when he and Angie will be able to return to work. We are hoping to set up this fund to help raise some money for the family so that they can focus all their time and energy on helping Scott to recover.

Scott and his wife Angie have been friends to our family for over two decades. During that time, they have been there for my family in our many times of need and I have seen them continually reach out to other families in the community and always put others needs before their own.
