Scott Scholarship

This scholarship will provide financial assistance to the students who struggle to afford the costs of GED tests. The completion of a high school education is an important factor for those trying to lead productive lives. To complete a test, a student would have to pay $148.50. You can help fund that effort by donating today, any amount is a huge support. 




In March of 2018, Community Educational Outreach lost one of its most dedicated instructors. William Scott Dinges helped adults with barriers reach their employment potential by teaching career readiness classes and helping them obtain their high school equivalency diplomas.

Scott possessed such deep patience and positivity toward the students we serve. To honor his memory, and to continue the impact he was passionately committed to, we've established the William Scott Dinges Scholarship.
