Last Year Scott developed a collapse of his right foot. This condition is called Diabetes Charcot foot. Its a condition where bones in your foot become broken and disconnected and "float" with the danger of bone coming through skin. If this would happen... the possibility of infection and loss of limb becomes high. He was in a cast for 6 weeks and will need special boots for the rest of his life (to protect his foot). Unfortunately after trying to return to work to support his family and pay medical bills...the stress was too great for his left foot.
He has now suffered a collapse of his left foot from the same disease.
He now has his left foot and ankle in a cast and will have to go through stabilization with special boots and shoes for life for both feet.
He has no income coming in until if and when Social Security approves his disability. Payment of disability would start IN OCTOBER if approved.
He has his health insurance through the Healthcare Marketplace and must continue those payments to get the healthcare he needs.
He has been financially underwater for quite a while recuperating and out of work for 10 months last year.

He needs help as soon as possible to keep him from losing his healthcare and his very modest home!

Anything you could do to help would be greatly appreciated!!
