Scooter for Chris

I have had medical problems my entire life.  I was born without a hip socket, was diagnosed with lupus at 15, went into kidney failure at 29, and it went downhill from there.  Over the years, every organ system in my body has been affected from the years of lupus inflammation.  Every time I try to strengthen myself and get fit, I have a heart attack, I need quadruple bi-pass, and many other maladies.  I fought my entire life, but I’m finally facing reality:  I’ll never recover to optimum health, and if I want to live life, I’ll need a scooter to get around.  Medicare isn’t keen on handing them out, so any help people can give me would be greatly appreciated!
