School Supplies For Orphaned Kids in Sri Lanka

The aftermath of the Sri Lankan civil war left countless families torn apart, with death counts estimated to be in the tens of thousands. The Sencholai Children's Orphanage which is in the city of Kilinochchi, provides children with a home and the opportunity for education but, due to a lack of funding channels from the governmental and non-profit sector, they require our aid to provide the children with appropriate resources needed to educate them and create equal opportunities for their future endeavours. Our goal is to raise $1000 in which all of the proceeds will be going towards the purchasing of school supplies such as, notebooks, pencils, pens.etc Through your help we will be able to support nearly 170 kids in their aspirations to seek education and success in their lives.
