We are living in an era of unprecedented and unpredictable technological change. Laws are being taken over by (Computer) Codes and jobs by Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
In this situation, what will responsible leadership entail in the year 2030? What will responsibility and team work look like? What skills and basic knowledge will we need as youth and future organizational leaders to not only remain relevant, but to guide our teams, organizations and communities with purpose that aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)?
The TLEX Institute, one of the world's premier leadership training institutes, offering leadership trainings to high level teams at the World Bank, Accenture and Google, has joined hands with the International Association for Human Values to compile a unique 2 week long, scientifically researched leadership training program.
This program will impart to selected youth from around the globe, skills, basic knowledge and human values education to prepare them for purpose driven leadership roles in their own spheres. The focus of the training will be on self-leadership, team-leadership and vision-leadership in the context of emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI and Machine Learning, Big Data driven businesses etc.
To ensure that the benefits of this program also reach the youth from less economically priviledged situations, we are raising funds for 8 scholarships. We invite you to donate 10 euros (or more) towards this cause. Your small contribution will go a long way in shaping and ushering in a more ethical and responsible digital future.
