To our friends and family,
Our son and brother, John Anthony Tudico IV, passed away at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia after a week-long illness on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.
Unfortunately, due to the unexpected nature of his passing, we were unprepared for costs surrounding John's final expenses (cremation, memorial, etc). In lieu of flowers, we are humbly requesting assistance with putting him to rest.
