In Loving Memory of Sawyer Phillips

Heartache is filled in the small town of Chelsea OK. Sawyer Phillips had just turned 18 years old, and was about to enter his senior year of highschool. He was the youngest in the family. A few of of his siblings are currently serving in the military and navy. Anyone who knew Sawyer knew he was always happy, making people laugh, and had a smile to light the darkest of rooms. Sawyer loved spending time with his family, friends and loved dirt bikes! On August 3rd, 2017 around 10:12 pm a tragic event changed the lives of the Chelsea community. Sawyer was headed east on County Road 410 near Highway 66 when his truck went off the road, he overcorrected before going into a ditch on the other side of the road hitting a barbed wire fence and a tree. By the time the police arrived on site, young Sawyer had already passed away. It took about 21 minutes to get him out of his truck. In one second, this family’s world has turned upside down. After a fatal accident the family is now faced with all the expenses that follows. With such heavy hearts, the family will more than likely be missing work to plan a service for their son. As the friends of Sawyer Phillips, we are asking for your support to help cover these costs to bring a little ease on the family. We can’t heal the hearts, but we hope to give them a little relief with this fund. Anything helps, please feel free to share our page.

Sawyer, you will be missed forever. Fly high and sweet dreams.
