Saving Onyx

Everyone who knows me, knows how much I love my pets. Earlier this week Onyx my furry soulmate got diagnosed with heart failure. His chest and abdomen are filled with fluid, which means both sides of his heart are failing. We've been to two vets, whom both say he will pass very soon.... Today we are traveling to The University of Madison where they have specialist who can help to diagnose and hopefully treat him. 
If I could have a Birthday wish it would definitely be to save my best friend.... please help the sweetest creature on earth live a full life.
