Saving my chances to go to Vegas

I have recently undergone surgery to get rid of my testicular cancer! It’s been such a hard journey and obviously I’m not a work and not earning a penny! I’m supposed to be going Vegas for my 21st in April 2020 but right in this moment it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to go as I’m still trying to pay it off!
